Hey Strangers ;)

I'm starting this blog as a way to track my progress on my journey to lose weigh. So far it's been tough and I think starting this blog will make me feel more accountable and more motivated than any other time I've tried to lose weight. I plan to post as often as possible - I'll try to blog every day. I've been a lurker and a member of 3 fat chicks...aka 3fc. Carissa's blog inspired me...and I borrowed her layout (hope ya don't mind, Carissa)..cause it's darn cool!

So here's a little about me:

I'm 23 years old and currently a Junior in college :). I'm majoring in BS of Accounting - at least for now (I've gotten a taste of Accounting & Paralegal..but I think I'd be happier with a computer centered major..so that may change shortly). I hope to one day own my own business and currently working on it in baby steps (you can check my little biz here if you'd like) I love all these I think are cute..except shoes I think some are cute..but I don't like wearing them..if that makes any sense. My hobbies include: crafts, music, dancing, hanging out with my friends, etc.

I live in Texas, I love it here and I don't think I'd ever want to move. And contrary to popular belief, we don't all wear cowboy boots or ride horses. Truthfully, I have ridden a horse at a company party and that was a sad day...because someone took a picture of me riding the horse and my butt was just as wide as the horse's rear. But...the change starts now!

This weekend I will officially be a god-mother/aunt to my friend's wonderful little cutie-patootie Kaylee Marie.

I love my puppy dog to death...even though he thinks he belongs to my mother. His name is Ozzy...or Oz-mister, he's a silver and white miniature schnauzer and he is the goofiest dog I've ever seen.
